All known populations are found within Kosciuszko National Park, in sub-alpine grasslands and woodlands.



  • Feral horses browse this species and promote the spread of the weed ox-eye daisy, as well as causing direct damage and disturbance by trampling.
  • Pig rooting, rabbit grazing and disturbance.
